Order Processing and Delivery Times

Standard Delivery: We aim to dispatch orders the same day if placed before 12pm. With Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, you can expect your order within 3-4 working days (excluding Sundays and bank holidays).

Next Day Delivery: For next-day delivery, place your order before 12pm. If your order is placed after this time, we'll do our best to ship it the same day, but it may arrive on the third working day after ordering.

Domestic and International Shipping Options

At the moment, we ship only to addresses within the UK.

Next Day Delivery

£5.99 per order
Order by 12pm, Sunday – Friday
Delivery time: Next day (between 7am - 9pm, Monday – Saturday, excluding bank holidays)

Free Delivery

Standard Delivery: Free for orders over £49
Next Day Delivery: Free for orders over £69

Returns, Changes, and Cancellations

Need to cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we won't be able to cancel it. You would have to return the item for a refund which will exclude the cost of shipping. 

If your items arrive damaged or are lost in transit, please let us know immediately so we can put it right for you.
